The Reservation Flow

(1)Please apply using the email form.

As it is difficult to respond to phone calls, please use the email form for all questions.

 

• If you use the email form, please write any questions or requests to use baby equipment in the margin of the form. Reservations may not be approved depending on their contents. Please note that the number of items in stock is limited and so in some cases we may not be able to accept your request. (If you do not receive a response within a few days, it is possible that the email address you provided was incorrect or that an error has occurred. In such cases, please contact the hotel by phone.)
 

 

If you have any questions, please contact us using the inquiry email form.

 

 

(2) Our staff will check room availability. Provided that a suitable guestroom is available, we will make a reservation and reply to you by email confirming the reservation.

 
If a guestroom is available on the date you wish to stay, your reservation will be completed.

 

(3) The URL for payment will also be sent.

Payment should be made by credit card.
An email with the URL for payment will be sent to you separately. Please complete the payment procedure by the due date.
  

(4) About checking in and out

Check-in time: 3:00–5:00 p.m.
Check-out time: Until 10:00 a.m.
 *If your check-in time is after 5:00 p.m., please let us know in advance. We will inform you about how to check-in using the self-check-in system. If you do not contact us, you will not be able to check in, so please let us know your plans as soon as possible.

When Changing the Dates of Stay

 
Your previous reservation will be cancelled and a new reservation will be made. Please note that the following cancellation charges will also apply in the case of dates that are subject to cancellation charges.
 

When Changing the Type or Number of People

 

● In the case of dates with a cancellation charge
• If there is a reduction in the number of guests, a reduction in the number of nights, or a change in the dates of staying at the hotel, please note that a cancellation charge will be applied to any difference in the amount of accommodation.
• If the amount of accommodation charges increases due to a change in the number of persons, etc., please make the additional payment in advance.

Cancellation Charge When Changing or Totally Canceling a Reservation

If the room charge is reduced due to a total cancellation or a change in the number of persons, dates, or nights, the following cancellation charges will be incurred with effect from the following dates.

60 to 21 days before checking in     3% of the difference in room charge
20 to 8 days before checking in       20% of the difference in room charge
7 to 2 days before checking in         30% of the difference in room charge
On the day before checking in         40% of the difference in room charge
On the day of checking in               100%
