Apartment was very clean, and includes an elevator to get to your floor. Photos and space as indicated in the listing, no surprises there. Instructions binder left were not in english for the most part, so you may have to ask for instructions down in the lobby area. Someone is available daily during regular working hours at the apartments for questions and accommodations. Check in and Check out instructions were super easy and very descriptive. Overall a pleasant experience.

Great place. Nearby are many subway stations and places to eat and drink. Make sure you know how to use the subways as the shinkansens are a farther walk. They gave us five key cards which was really convenient.

KEYAKIAN's place was perfect for our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 children). It was very clean, spacious, and fully equipped with all the amenities. It was very baby friendly, and we could reserve many useful baby stuff, like high chair, play mat, bath set, etc. The massage chair was also very nice to have after a day of walking around carrying a baby and pushing a stroller. We also loved the neighborhood a lot. It was very nice to walk around, exploring all the different shops and restaurants and cafes. Very close to 2 train stations. Overall Etao's place made our stay in Tokyo a very comfortable and relaxing one. Highly recommended!
