“Shigemori Eishindo ”is a shop famous for its ningyo-yaki.
A long-established store that was founded in 1917 and has continued for over 100 years.
Ningyoyaki is a soft baked confectionery made of small doll-shaped bread filled with red bean paste. Also called castella.
It is a size that children can hold in their hands and eat. Jam sandwiches available only in winter are also popular.
It's so popular that many customers line up every day!

Yanagiya is a long-established store that was founded in 1919 and is famous for its taiyaki.
Even though it was a weekday, there were a lot of customers and there was a long line.

Taiyaki is a sweet in which batter and red bean paste are placed in a mold shaped like a sea bream (fish) and baked.
