The hotel has two guestrooms with 3LDK (living room/dining room/kitchen) specifications. One is the largest room in the hotel with approximately 90 m2 of floor space, and the other, on the top floor of the hotel, has approximately 80 m2 of floor space plus a small stone garden/tsubo-niwa (courtyard garden). (When booking, the 80 m2 or 90 m2 guestroom cannot be specified.)
Both guestrooms have three bedrooms to make them suitable for three-generation families or for several families traveling together. One of these rooms is a Western-style bedroom, and the other two are Japanese-style rooms furnished with futons.
 
In these guestrooms, your party has an entire floor of luxurious accommodation all to yourselves, so you can use them without feeling constrained by the other guests!
 
The living room can be used spaciously by opening up the fusuma doors of the Japanese-style room, so you can hold gatherings where large groups of people can spend a lot of time together. Please use your stay to create lots of memories, besides just sightseeing.

A suite with a living room

A living room is an essential place for everyone to gather together.
It isn’t easy to find hotels in Tokyo that offer this service, but our hotel has prepared this accommodation for people traveling in families or groups. Please enjoy a different kind of stay in Tokyo.

A spacious 2700 mm wide kitchen

The kitchen has a gas cooker with two burners and is 2 m 70 cm wide. There is a dishwasher that can be used to wash dishes for large gatherings. The large cooking space allows several people to enjoy cooking together. The refrigerator-freezer is large enough to accommodate extended stays. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with all the common utensils found in any Japanese home, including tableware, cutlery, cooking utensils, frying pans, and pots.

A large bathroom to help relieve your fatigue

The large bathtub can accommodate two adults and a child at the same time. The washing area is also more spacious than that of a normal Japanese hotel or home.

Zelkova wood is used throughout the room.

Upon entering the genkan (entranceway), you will be greeted by a shoe cupboard with an impressive top made from a single piece of zelkova wood. The wood step in this guestroom also made of zelkova.
Recently, the number of hotels operated by foreign owners has been increasing, but our hotel is an authentic example of Japanese architecture, built by a contractor who specializes in carpentry in order to create a space in which Japanese people will feel comfortable.

There is also a bedroom.

The Western-style room contains two single beds. Indirect lighting provides a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Electrical outlets are provided at the bedside.

A large space, which is rare in central Tokyo

This is a suite-specification guestroom with a living room. When the fusuma (sliding doors) of the adjoining Japanese-style room are opened, a large space is created. The table seats six people. (*Chairs for six people are provided, and for a larger number of people, additional backless chairs are available.)

Ryukyu tatami mats are used in Japanese-style rooms

Ryukyu tatami mats are used in the Japanese-style rooms to create a modern Japanese style.
In Japan, it is traditional to sit at a low table called a zataku on a cushion called a zabuton. Experience Japanese-style living at our hotel.

Massage chair

The massage chairs for the exclusive use of guests staying in these two guestrooms rooms are very popular.
You are welcome to sit back and enjoy a relaxing massage free of charge after taking a bath or during group activities.

Washer

A washing machine is available in the washroom for the exclusive use of the guests, so there is no need to worry about spending time in a laundromat. Laundry detergent is also provided.
You can dry clothes in the bathroom drying room, use the washing machine’s drying function, or use the clothesline in each room.

A custom-built kitchen equipped with a dishwasher

This custom-built kitchen features a maple wood top and built-in drawers. The focus is on usability so that guests can easily cook their own meals. This spacious kitchen is equipped with a double-ring gas burner and can accommodate a large number of people for full-scale self-cooking. There is also a large refrigerator-freezer, a microwave oven, large, medium, and small tableware, large, medium, and small pots and pans, colanders, a wine bottle opener, and a peeler.
In addition, a dishwasher is available to help the guests spend more time on sightseeing or entertaining.

A large bathroom that can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child at once

This large bathroom with a spacious washing area is very popular with families and couples who like to bathe together.
In particular, grandparents and their grandchildren, who normally cannot take a bath together, are keen to use this facility. This is a unique way to create memories that cannot be made anywhere else.

A living room and Japanese-style room that can be used as one

The reason we chose to provide such a large space is because you are on a trip, and we want you to have pleasant memories not only for sightseeing but also in your hotel room.
So, instead of shutting yourself up in your own room, please gather in the living space and make the most of this rare opportunity to spend time with and talk to each other.

The "tsuboniwa" garden(Japanese simple rock garden) seen from the Japanese-style room through "yukimi shoji" screen windows

The Japanese-style room is closed off by a fusuma (sliding door) or door, making it independent of the common area when sleeping and maintaining the privacy of several families or of men and women sleeping separately. This room offers a view of the Japanese-style tsuboniwa garden through yukimi shoji screens.

=Japanese tips= 
*Tuboniwa : A small Japanese-style garden surrounded by walls and fences.
*Yukimi shoji: shoji with glass window behind a sliding bottom half."Yukimi", means looking snow. The name comes from the fact that you can see the snow outside while staying in your room.
 

A Ryukyu tatami-mat-floored bedroom

The Japanese-style room is a place where even small children can sleep peacefully.
The futon mattresses are Muatsu futons, which has long a best-selling brand among health-conscious Japanese.

And a separate Western-style bedroom

The Western-style room contains two single beds. Indirect lighting provides a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Electrical outlets are provided at the bedside.

Equipped with washing machine

The washroom is equipped with a washing machine. Since it is installed in the guestroom, the room guests are free to use it exclusively at any time without worrying about the scheduling. Laundry detergent is also available. The drying function of the washing machine and the bathroom drying room are also available, which is convenient for guests staying on consecutive nights.

Only in a Japanese-style room

Wearing shoes is not allowed in any of the hotel’s guestrooms. However, all the guestrooms include a Japanese-style tatami-mat rooms where you can go barefoot in comfort, and the floors are safe for babies who are worried about falling out of bed or small children who are still crawling.

Japanese style decorations

There are Japanese-style decorative elements throughout the hotel. All of them were made by temple carpenters who build Buddhist temples and Shinto shrines. The hotel is designed in a way that allows our guests to can feel the traditional side of Japan even though they are in the heart of the city.

Amenities and towels provided

Changes of towels, sheets, and other linen are always free of charge. The same goes for amenities such as shampoo and conditioner.
 

Fees and Charges

Accommodation fees and charges vary according to the number of people, the itinerary, and the number of nights, so please contact the hotel first with your desired dates.
Children age of 7 and older are charged at the same rate as adults.  TWO CHILDREN from 0 years old to 6 yrs old are counted as ONE ADULT, as the quantity of supplies and bedding (the number of futons) they require is judged to be about same as is required by one adult.
 
Reservations can be made for a minimum of two nights.
Reservations for one night only are not accepted.
