Wir sind absolut zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Unsere Erwartungen wurden weitaus übertroffen, das Personal ist exzellent! So freundlich und hilfsbereit! Sie haben uns Tipps gegeben, wo wir etwas einkaufen können und auch proaktiv vor kommenden Taifuns gewarnt.
Ganz insbesondere ist die Unterkunft für Familien mit Kindern geeignet! Aufzug ist vorhanden, wir haben einen Hochstuhl bekommen, ein Badeset und auch ein Futon für Kinder - sehr praktisch alles!
Die Lage ist klasse, kurzer Fußweg zur Metro und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, wie Supermarkt oder Daiso.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft absolut weiter!

The place is in such a great location , we really loved just heading downstairs for little walks and exploring the neighborhood whenever we had free time. Communication was always quick and smooth, and there were so many toys and thoughtful supplies for the kids too.
We had such a wonderful stay , thank you so much for all your quick replies and kind help throughout the trip. Everything felt smooth and comfortable because of your support. We’d love to stay here again next time if we have the chance!

Loved this place! Two showers and two toilets was very helpful! An elevator to avoid one last staircase at the end of the day was a wonderful. Place was clean. They even offered linen service like a typical hotel. We had one minor issue and the host was very responsive and ensured it was resolved. I could hear some footsteps on the floor above, but nothing bad. Thanks for the great stay! We had a wonderful time!
